Ubiquinone is a notable nutritional supplement beneficial for the heart, particularly for arrhythmia, high blood pressure, adrenal fatigue, and gum health. It should be taken together with statins and metformin, as it may be insufficient on its own. I suffer from hypothyroidism and arrhythmia, and I've noticed that my arrhythmia symptoms have worsened.
